Privacy Policy

The Short Version

Your files never leave your device. All tools on this website process files entirely in your web browser using JavaScript. Nothing is uploaded to our servers or any third party. We never see your files, we don't use tracking cookies, and there are no accounts.

What Data We Collect

None from the tools. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, file contents, or anything you type into a tool. The only data about your visit comes from our host, Cloudflare, as described under Cloudflare Pages below.

How the Tools Work

Every tool on Visora Tools runs completely in your browser:

• PDF tools (Redact PDF, PDF to Long Image): your PDF is read into your browser's memory and processed on your device. The original and the result never leave your computer.
• Image tools (Pixel Art Grid, Coloring Page, PNG to SVG, Signature Generator): your images and drawings are processed locally and are never uploaded or saved by us.
• Video to GIF: frames are read and encoded into a GIF inside your browser. Your video is never uploaded.
• Bingo Card Generator: your words, pictures and PDFs are created on your device.
• Secret Santa Generator: names are drawn in your browser. Each person's match is stored only inside their private link, after the "#", which browsers don't send to any server. The match is lightly scrambled, not encrypted, so anyone who has a link could decode it.
• Time Card Calculator: your time entries are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. They're never synced or sent anywhere.

You can verify this by opening your browser's developer tools and monitoring network activity—you'll see that no file or tool data is uploaded while you use these tools.

Local Storage

The Time Card Calculator uses your browser's local storage to save your time entries so you don't lose them if you close the page. This data:

• Stays only on your device and browser
• Is not accessible to us or anyone else
• Can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser data
• Is not synced across devices or browsers

Third-Party Services

This website uses open-source JavaScript libraries (such as pdf.js, pdf-lib, jsPDF, imagetracerjs and gifenc) and open-source fonts. They're bundled into the site and served from this domain, so nothing loads from a CDN or third-party server, and they don't send data anywhere. We do not use:

• Our own analytics or tracking scripts (no Google Analytics, no tracking cookies)
• Advertising networks
• Social media widgets or trackers
• Third-party file processing APIs

Cloudflare Pages

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect basic server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) as part of their hosting service. Cloudflare may also add its Web Analytics script to our pages. It doesn't use cookies or fingerprinting; it counts page views and measures load times, and it never sees your files or what you type into a tool. We don't use any of this for advertising, and we don't track you across sites. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

Security

Because your files are processed locally and never transmitted, there is no risk of interception or unauthorized access during processing. However, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your device secure
• Using HTTPS (this site is HTTPS-only)
• Safely handling any exported or downloaded files

Children's Privacy

This website does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. The tools can be used by anyone without providing any personal information.

Changes to This Policy

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Because we don't collect your contact information, we cannot notify you directly of changes.

Verify It Yourself

You don't have to take our word for it. Open your browser's developer tools, go to the Network tab, and use any tool. You'll see the page's own files load, but your files and entries are never sent anywhere. Learn more about Visora Tools.

Because we don't collect or store any of your data, there is nothing for us to access, modify, or delete. You have complete control over any data processed by these tools—it exists only on your device.
