Raffle Ticket Generator

Raffle Ticket Generator is a free tool for printing numbered raffle tickets and drawing the winners. Set the event, prizes, price and drawing details, choose the start number, count, prefix and zero padding, and print 4, 8 or 10 tickets per Letter or A4 page with stubs for the buyer's name and phone and cut lines. Then draw winners from the numbers you sold with a fair random pick, full screen, with a history you can export. It runs in your browser, so nothing is uploaded; the draw history is saved only in your browser.

How to Make Raffle Tickets and Draw Winners

Step by step

  1. Enter your event name, prizes, drawing time, place and price.
  2. Set the numbering: the first number, how many tickets, an optional prefix and how many digits (001, 002...).
  3. Choose 4, 8 or 10 tickets per page and download the PDF. Print at actual size and cut along the dashed lines.
  4. Sell the tickets. Buyers keep the ticket and you keep the stub with their name and phone number.
  5. On drawing day, open Draw winners, enter the numbers you sold, and click Draw a winner for each prize.

Is this raffle ticket generator free?

Yes. It's free with no sign-up and no watermark, for any number of tickets. The PDF is made in your browser and nothing you type is uploaded. See our Privacy Policy.

How does the winner drawing work?

Each winner is picked with your browser's cryptographic random number generator (crypto.getRandomValues), so every ticket still in the drawing has exactly the same chance. A ticket that has won is taken out, so no number wins twice. The short rolling animation is just for show; the winner is chosen fairly when you click.

What if I didn't sell every ticket?

Enter only the numbers you sold, as ranges or a list, or enter the whole range and list the unsold and voided numbers in the second box. They're left out of the drawing. Unsold tickets should never be able to win.

Can I show the drawing on a projector?

Yes. Click Full screen to show the prize and the winning number in very large type. Press Esc to leave full screen. The winners list is kept in this browser, and you can export it as a CSV file for your records.

Are raffles legal?

Raffle laws are different from state to state and country to country. In many U.S. states, only nonprofit groups may hold raffles, and some require a license or permit, limit prizes, or ban online ticket sales. Check your state and local rules before you sell tickets. This tool doesn't give legal advice.

How should I print the tickets?

Print on plain paper or colored cardstock at 100% scale. Choose "Black and white" to save ink. Cut along the dashed lines; the dotted line between the stub and the ticket is where you tear or cut them apart when you sell each one.
